The existing structure comprises five full stories, two of which (3rd and 4th) are proposed to be used per rental unit as flexible combinations of open-plan offices, individual offices, conference and meeting rooms as well as co-working spaces. The approach philosophy is obtained through well-structured spaces that easily communicate with each other meantime require larger areas.
